Yes, I believe so, All of our IFATC controlling have the same issue.
I’ve had that and error code seven. First I opened it and I had been signed out and now this is happening so I’m deleting and reinstalling to see if it helps
I deleted my app cuz I thought the problem was on my end only 🤡
