I’m experiencing an outage of the live server on expert. Doesn’t seem to be an issue on my end, internet is working at this speed:

I would recommend an app restart to see if that solves the issue

You have a 58% packet loss and rather high ping & jitter according to your speed test. The issue is most likely relates to that. Could very well be, that our servers have disconnected you due to this. It is however hard to tell at this point.

Seems like this was the case, I was able to restart the app and my router and it’s getting me connected now. Thanks for your help.
