Server network frequently disconnected for 3 weeks

I’ve met the Live Server disconnection many times these 3 weeks. After taking off for a while or when flying on the way ,even when preparing for landing,
The live server will disconnect, and show “network error” or “user disconnected”.
I’ve checked my network many times, but there’s no problem with the network. And the thing is going worse, the network disconnection has appeared more frequently, which really caused a lot of trouble for my play and really annoyed and confused me.

My playing equipment is iPad Air 6(M2) iOS 18.3.2

I really need help. Has anyone can solve the problem for me? Appreciate!

What network provider do you use? Have you tried switching to a different network/temporarily using mobile data to see if that is an improvement?

I have the exact same setup and it’s happening for me too. The solution is just to use a VPN for me. Hope this helped!

Actually my iPad hasn’t temporarily, so I always use another iPad’s hotspot or China Telecom’s Wifi. Both of these two can’t change the situation.

This problem also happened to me. All the intercontinental flights I have taken recently will see error code 7 when I wake up.

I don’t know what the problem is. My Wi-Fi operator is China Telecom, and the device is iPad pro M4.

This might be helpful.

I think the common usage of China Telecom might be the problem. Unfortunately it would be a problem IF couldn’t fix, but rather needs some outside servicing. This may not be the case, but it could very well be.
