Server not responding and disconnected from server any one facing the issue

There isn’t a widespread issue being reported at this time.

Did you leave the app at any point? - leaving the app for a short period of time will cause you to be disconnected. If that period is long enough - it will likely fail to reconnect.

Same issue occurred to me idk what to do :(

We do not have any ongoing issues on our end from what we can tell. Everything is running, no abnormal disconnections and users are able to connect.

@Kamran @AviatorYash - looks like both of you are using the same service provider (based on Community account at least)…

The one you pay your bills to for internet :) Looks like JIO in your case.

Alright I guess, I used hotspot and it worked fine

You both have JIO and are experiencing server connectivity issues.
On our end servers are running fine and there’s no indications elsewhere of any issues.

This is a JIO issue of some sort. And it’s far from the first time there are issues with JIO that affects our users connectivity.

“everything is working fine, no issues” the famous last words as that statement is usually always made before all hell breaks loose. Not saying that’s the case here, but I have heard that statement so many times in my life just before everything starts going into downhill fast. 🐒

I hear you on that. You lads and lasses do an amazing job keeping things going. Wasn’t meant as a insult at all. When I was in the industry I heard it lots just before the little monkeys heard the challenge.
I have been having problems with IF on my end but I know it’s all on my end due to my lower end ONN tablet. You know when Iam in a-hole mode as you experienced it first hand. I was trying to infuse a little humour in your day. Hope you and the if team have a great and wonderful day.
