Hi is anyone experiencing a server downage?
I noticed the server was down just before my app crashed and now I cannot load a flight without it crashing. (And yes, I’ve tried restarting my tablet, re-installing the app and clearing cache)
I’m still able to get in, so I don’t think it’s a server issue. Could you put your device, operating system and perhaps a screenshot of your error?
Are y’all perhaps on a vpn or unstable network?
Same with me. I’m getting an issue with Global Servers and keep crashing after resuming flight. Tryna figure out why now.
Did you just start the AP+ process? It typically won’t let you sign back into a flight if you just exited

Hi, I’ll just say I’m just now experiencing the same thing, also I never used AP+ until the app crashed the first time 5 hours into my flight. Now I see that my flight appears in AP+, but then I hop back into the flight and the Global Server button is flashing green and red (in the seconds before it crashed again-).
Just saying what I see, hope this information’s useful-

Didn’t want to open a new topic for another app issue I just experienced, so if someone wants to flag this for being off-topic then go for it I guess. (I have no idea how to distinguish a server issue and other issues.) Though, within the past hour I’ve started two flights, gotten to 20,000+, and app closes. VPN enabled, multiple devices connected to Wi-Fi, speed test approximately running 480 mbps no lagging issues.

I just tried to do ATC on TS, and that works. Seems like its an issue relating to the global server cutting out for some (including me) or AP+ which I used right before global server went out and this issue started.

Actually now that I think about it… I was trying to fly from DFW to PHX on ES about 4 or so hours ago. I got to cruise and then it showed I was disconnected from the server. I guess I just kind of brushed it off.

Mine crashes after resuming a flight from Tokyo. Issue just started. I tried to restart app, and restart device (iPad Air. I forgot what number the latest one is). Also…it plays a weird static noise for a fraction of a second right when it crashes.
Definitely having the same issue. There’s nothing showing in terms of outages on the Status page, but there’s clearly something amiss.

Hi I think the problem is fixed.
I’m also experiencing an outage. It just boots me out randomly. I’ll wait and see if it works tomorrow.

Are these issues still persisting? I’ve tried a few times to enter the game and I’ve still had no problem for any of the servers. Perhaps it was a location outage or something like that?

We’re terribly sorry for this.
Looks like something related to the scenery resources (satellite imagery, airports etc) went haywire between 00:00 UTC - 03:00 UTC.
We’re still investigating what the root cause of this may have been and will look into how to avoid this happening in the future!
