Securing the helicopter at ANC!

Currently we are getting a pretty nasty wind storm here in Anchorage,

Our 212, (N212PA) was doing some ground runs making sure that the engines and repairs were done okay, due to the wind it lifted the helicopter up, they went into a hover mode

Yes mine sure did! Lol

Currently it’s 47°F so it’s not cold to me lol

Gosh in Florida we put on 3 layers when it dips into 60°

Now in September when it’s below 60F I put three layers on lol

But in Florida we freek out and I know what it means to get cold being have lived in canada

Been up to Nome once during summer and it still cold

I’ll be out there this summer, went last winter to replace a 212 with our 412

Sick m8 have fun in the cold while IAM in 80° weather

We can just drive. Florida is flat at or a helicopter will do
