Seattle sunrise to Cold Newark

Hello all. Wanted to share this wonderful flight I had on Sunday with you all. I flew from Seattle to Newark in a United a320 for UVAL. This a320 left Seattle early morning right before sunrise and landed in Newark in the Afternoon. There was unpleasant weather in both cities, but NEWARK was especially windy on this day. Breakfast was served to first class passengers. This flight consisted of mostly business men. Without further ado, here they are.

Early morning taxiing. We beat Mr. Sun this morning.

After a long takeoff roll, this a320 is airborne and off to New Jersey.

The sun rising in the distance as we climb through the freezing silent sunrise sky. Feels like we’re the only ones in the sky.

image

Reaching cruise altitude at 34,000 feet as we cruise over majestic mountains.

Several hours later, we soar above Chicago, where this aircraft is headed next.

As we approach KEWR, someone takes a picture of us from the ground while we are on final.

The pilots make careful adjustments, as there is a strong crosswind.

After quite a while in the air, the a320’s gear hover over New Jersey asphalt.

The a320 rests at its gate while our passengers deplane. Welcome to Newark.

Thank you! I hope you enjoyed. What was your favorite picture?
