Search Function - No 'ok' button

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7

The search function isn’t giving me the “ok/cancel buttons” so I’m unable to program the flight plan. (I attached pictures)

Can’t press enter on the keyboard, can’t scroll to find it.

The is the case with other search functions like typing your callsign/identifier.

I’ve restarted the app, cleared data/cache, and reinstalled - no luck
