Screenshot uploaded 100% but not included in post

Cannot include picture (jpeg) into post.

Hi, did you see the image file name change before hitting send?

Hi, yes I saw the file displayed and notification 100% upload but after some minutes I get: Error downloading file.

Okay I understand now, is it the same file giving you trouble and do you know which type of image file it is that’s giving you trouble?

Hi, Its Jpeg. I altered the screenshot a couple of times, saving it, but nope. I tried an other picture (no screenshot), but same thing happens.

I’m sorry for missing your response. Can you check your permission settings for photos. Settings → Privacy → Photos make sure it isn’t set to ‘None’
