On the 12th Of June 2025 i decided to make a Screenshot competition named - The Mega A220 Screenshot Competition! | Starting Soon!
TBH i just wanted to do a simple screenshot competition and nothing else. Ive seen many others do the same thing and also ive hosted 3 of the same in the past year without any issues. But this one wouldnt be that.
I got a message from the moderators telling me to change some things with the competition. Mainly rules and other small stuff. Also he told me not to summon/ping people. Pretty easy stuff so i fixed everything that was wrong. and continued with the screenshot competition.
However when the first round started, after a minute it got closed the reason was quote.

I messaged the moderator telling him that it was a screenshot competition, but he wouldnt change his mind. Especially since there were atleast 20+ other screenshot competitions. According to the Moderator “Some things slip through and Its hard to catch every single post” which is definitely valid, but its not a needle in a haystack situation. The only thing you need to do it Open Screenshots and Videos category and Look! you will find 4 screenshot competitions there itself!
i told him this and showed some examples and this which is kind of a mistake, now that i see it. That was 7 days ago, and over the past few days ive seen many iFC members who are devestated to lose their Screenshot Competitions. The Moderator Said that “Storage is Expensive” which is also a valid Argument. Only Problem is that because of this i got an unofficial Warning because i “continously keep ignoring rules (aka misconduct 1)”. Although many others have screenshot competitions so how can you blame me for that 
.
I do have to say im sorry for all the screenshot competitions hosts for their loss in their screenshot competitons.
Also another thing i saw is several edited pictures being taken down. According to Rules
But many photos edited in Adobe Lightroom and Photoroom which foucus on editing Exposure, blur and other seperating bagrounds and stuff all have been taking down Because of them being Photoshopped

Also for the Moderators - This is not to target any one moderator, i really respect what you all do. but in the future consider putting these rules in the About the Screenshots and Videos Category thread. All in all though the mods were pretty understanding so props to them.
Also please let all comments be respectful for the moderators. No issues shall be caused.
