Hey all, hope you’re doing well.
This is the second time this happened in a row. I’m preparing to do a flight from Sydney to Honolulu however I’m not able to even get to the runway without my flight crashing!
The first time I got a aerobatics warning but I luckily exited before I got a violation. The second time my plane just crashed! This is starting to get tiring because It has taken me at least 10 minutes to make the flight plan. Here are some screenshots:

Steps I’ve done to solve:
- Cleared scenery cache
- Restarted App
- Restarted Device
Device: iPad mini 4
Internet: Good
Is this an issue with the airport itself or the game as a whole?

I have just tried it again and am having the same exact issue. I’m falling into the ground.
@Infinite_aviation1 no I have not. I will not do so until I’ve tried all the possible solutions.

If you just want to do your flight, you can choose a different taxi route and this shouldn’t happen then (in my experience). Doesn’t solve the issue itself though.

Thing is, from my chosen takeoff runway, there are 2 ways to get there. The first way happened in the first picture, and the second taxiway happened in the second picture. Thats the thing, I can’t even get to the runway 😂

I have just tried it with another aircraft and still have this issue.

Well, that’s not too cool. I once had the issue in Malpensa and I fell into the ground twice, before changing the taxi route for an interception departure/slight backtrack.

It can just be a problem with that taxiway I have that problem a lot when I’m flying GA at smaller airports I would just take a different taxi way

But why don’t you want to reinstall infinite flight?
Reinstalling means you’d lose all of your replays which could be a pain.

Because I’m an Infinite flight photographer and take pictures from replays, and I have a lot of valuable replays which I do not want to lose because of a small taxiway issue.
Anyways I’ve taken off guys, no issues this time with a different runway. Seems to be those 2 taxiways only.

I had the same issue a long time back at JFK. It was one taxiway that was causing the issue and eventually had to take another one like you did in this case…Nevertheless enjoy your flight!

I also used to fall off the ground in certain areas. But I believe this is just an error when loading scenery, or perhaps the response with the aircraft touching the ground.
Clearing the scenery cache should fix this. But since it doesn’t look like it’s working, this is something to be looked on, if of course this is happening to multiple users. Hold on dude, I’ll check this with you.
Another idea. Have you tried to switch aircrafts? If not, you may give this a try.

Yes I have, I’ve tried the CRJ-1000 and 787, issues still happening on both.

At what gate did you spawn in, and to confirm you were using runways two for departure? I’ll have a look into it soon.
