SBBR Airport Terrain Glitch

Hey team,

I’d like to report a terrain glitch at airport SBBR, where my aircraft unexpectedly sank into the ground and entered a free fall. Unfortunately, this resulted in an “aerobatics near airport” violation.

I’d really appreciate it if the terrain issue could be addressed to improve the experience at this much-loved airport. If possible, I’d also kindly request the removal of the violation from my account, as it was clearly caused by the glitch.

Hey!

Go into Infinite Flight’s General settings, scroll down to the bottom and “Clear Scenery Cache” - this should solve the “hole in the ground” issue.

As for your aerobatics violation, one of the appeals team or the mods will hopefully see this and remove it.

Clearing the cache solved it!

Well, it was much simpler than I expected — and thankfully so. Thank you very much for the quick and effective support. :wink:
