Santiago SCEL, first shots on ES

I got my Grade 3 a few days ago, and was planning on being patient before trying out Expert… However when I saw that ATC was down in Chile I couldn’t resist. The idea of getting away from the mad houses of JFK, SFO and EGGL on Training Server was too tempting!

I’m glad I did, as things at Santiago were an oasis of calm and composure compared to most outings on TS 🙂.

Server : Expert / A320 Latam Airways / Route : a short SID to the south, then a turn back to join up with a STAR and approach…

The flight went well, some rugged mountains and detailed terrain, and I was happy with the landing… Iucky that the ILS was working 😉
