Me and my friend use nearly the same flight plan from WSSS to KEWR. After cruising, I use AP+ to assist with my flight. However, when I open IF again, I find it surprising that my flight ETE still lasts about 6 hours while my friend’s flight ETE lasts only 2 hours. My cruising altitude is at FL370, M 0.84, using A350-900; my friend is at FL350,M 0.85,using A380-800. Despite speed is not same, I don’t think it can result in about 4-hour-difference. Also, I wonder if it’s bug for AP+ to display the speed when you exit the game, even if the wind changes later, the speed seems do not change anymore.

While not may exactly specific to your situation, the speed when you leave the game will be constant no matter the wind.
Let’s say you exit at GS 480 kts. During the duration AP+, speed will remain 480. However when you pop back in GS may change depending on the wind.
