Once Terminal C is finished, they’re gonna temporarily relocate operations from one of the airsides over to it so they can renovate it. Then once it’s done they’ll return operations to it, do another airside, rinse and repeat until its all done and then they can finally afford to use the rest of Terminal C for its own operations.
It is. In fact, I’d even say that it is the most Magical Place on Earth
