As the title says, I have to successfully takeoff and land at Saba (TNCS) in an a318. This means no going off the runway or crashing, it has to be a good landing. Please, try and land and takeoff at this airport, it’s very challenging in an a318.
@Belfast_spotter
What is this topic for?
I think its about Virtual Airlines.
Make sure your weight is light, then it’s like all other landings.
@Sturmovik Please call it ground effect and not “ballooning” :D
Mind the ballooning with the A318.
The Caribbean. Juancho E. Yrausquin, TNCS.
Its the name of the island in which the airport is located.
It’s a challenge to see if you can successfully land there
I’ll give that airport a try. And post my result here.
Harrison I did it with @Belfast_spotter the other day I’m more than sure it was a a318 you will need a bit of water if your a new person but I was stunned I was going 120
You don’t, but to takeoff at the slowest speed possible I used full flaps and no weight, then wile landing, stalled onto the runway😂. Wouldn’t want to be a passenger on my flight.
Please, I’ve landed an A380 there.
That seems fishy, I want to see that. Did you stay on the runway?
It probably ended up in a huge splash! ;)
It’s possible with the A380. With the right weight settings and speeds. I just tried it :)
Try it for yourself. Saba is too easy. Try EHBX next time.
Now we’re talking about a REAL challenge.
