Also, to be safe than sorry, I would add the fuel to the max from the gate. The A330-300 has roughly 24h fuel time.

I js don’t do that bcs I like to fly on higher attitudes ( FL 390-400) , and the a330’s are very underpowered, so I just put the quantity of fuel according to simbrief’s FPL
Just so you know, I would go between FL280 and FL350 so Autopilot+ can function.
I actually do it on autopilot+ on FL400 to 410 and it never showed a problem
Personally, I just think that FL400 and 410 is a bit high. With the A330 I always go between FL280 and FL380.
