Ryanair take delivery of the Boeing 737 MAX

Hello everyone. Here is my 2nd Real World Aviation news. Wednesday the 16th June. Ryanair have officially taken delivery of the Boeing 737 MAX or as Ryanair call it the 737 8-200. Ryanair Group CEO Michael O’Leary described the aircraft as a “gamechanger” . O’Leary said that they are confident and the plane is great. It has 4% more seats, 16% fuel costs and 40% noise emissions powered by the CFM LEAP-1B engines. The plane registered (EI-HEN) touched down on Irish soil just after 17:55 ( Irish Time). Then followed by the 2nd 737 8-200 registered (EI-HEZ) on Friday evening.

Its entry into service flight is happening tomorrow operating:

FR272 DUB-STN departing Dublin at 20:35 BST. For all spotters that live near STN make sure to have your cameras and capture this moment as the MAX lands at its largest hub.

Hope your all keeping safe and sound out there.
