They have multiple, i just saw 3 in one FR24 sitting
And it’s based in Katowice, Poland according to FR24.

It’s the only 700 in Ryanair’s fleet, and it’s had quite a story. Now it’s used as a VIP aircraft with 60 business class seats. Here’s an article from 2023 that tells this aircraft’s story.
they dont use it for passengers, they use it as a business jet or something like that. They also use it to train their pilots apparently (source: i think i remember) :)
