Okay, so I know how Ryanair lands. No offense to anyone who likes them. Honestly. This is just for fun. This is a tutorial on how to “Ryanair” ever time.
For the first step, you will need to approach slower than usual.
For this step, at about 20 feet AGL, make a very exaggerated flair, hovering above the runway.
This is the final step. Release the flaps back to zero and the plane should sink to the ground. Make sure to bounce and use 100% reverse thrust.
Thanks for looking at this tutorial! Hope you like it!
(Not sure what category aside from this one and the tutorial category, but I will start with this one)
Very accurate tutorial! Lol nice pictures.
Make sure to get a vs
no less then -600 fpm.
Like, if I’m getting from Point A to Point B for only 30 bucks, I ain’t complainin’. 🤷♂️
I agree, if Emirates had landings like this then there may be an issue, but…you get what you pay for… so…
I ain’t complainin’.
it’s flare. Not sure the new Ryanair staff will be very happy with this post… ;)
But what is they have coke, not Pepsi,
Thank you for this tutorial, I’m going to Ryanair all my landings now!
Poor 737s. May their landing gears rest in peace.
Funny! May I ask if you have flown with them? I have many times and had never a bad or hard landing. I struggle to understand where the Ryanair bad landing legend comes from…
I can’t do any better so, I’m not gonna say anything bad.
Tbh I really dislike the stereotypic
Ryanair hard landing
They don’t always land hard, and it isnt fun going out joking about it either
Many here may have different opinions, but that’s my two cents
I don’t wanna be rude but I kinda “hate” people who make fun of Ryanair.
This Just sounds like me landing
I like how we make fun of their landings yet they are one of the only airlines that never had a deadly accident/crash.

Flaring? What’s that?
If it’s not flaring, it’s slamming the nose gear into the ground.
The safety record of the airline may be intact but the reputation of the airline isn’t unfortunately, hence why it’s become an easy target for individuals to make fun off. In other words, the airline is basically a sh*t show.
Just because of their landings? I find that hard to believe. Really cheap flights, good pay for pilots, etc.
Not specifically for their landings but more for their awful service and treatment of employees. It’s basically become a carry-on effect
