I have a confusion that, in an airport with ATC, the instructed landing/take off runway follows the wind direction. However, if you check flightradar 24, the actual runway usage is exactly opposite direction even with the tailwind. In the expert server, you don’t have a choice. Normally, in this case, I will use the training server. What is your choice?
I will usually look at what runways are in use on FR24, unless it makes more sense to use a different configuration for efficiency purposes.

If the wind is calm (green on both sides) then I’ll use FR24 and just use whatever side is used IRL and same goes if the winds do favor a certain side
Of course if ATC is present, stick with what they are using
Some controllers use IRL ops, like myself. but we dont really have to, its up to the controller, unless of course the winds arent favorable to a certain runway. We arent required to use IRL ops, in any case we are told to use every runway possible for efficiency.
