This is a really unique GA aircraft, and I am requesting it because I spotted one today at my home airport, originally thinking it was some sort of drone. The aircraft is experimental and is one of 12 currently registered with the FAA. It has two engines in a push and pull configuration. Wikipedia article

Yes it is. Some other (less rare) planes have it too. Mostly GA and training aircraft.
