I was at OMAA and I was holding short 31L and I noticed when I finished taxiing that the runway threshold marks are too far away like they normally are
I’m not sure if they are like that irl

They match the way it is IRL. Airport editors use real-life imagery and documentation in an effort to achieve the most realistic implementation of each airport possible.

Hi, you mean the threshold marks are displaced somewhat from the paved start of the runway?
It’s fairly common practice irl to put the threshold marks away from the paved start of a runway for a specific airport because the usable touchdown locations may be displaced from the paved start of the runway due to:
Obstacles or terrain near the runway
ILS or PAPI path alignment
Runway safety areas or clearways
