So at my home town airport (KCVO) we have a runway named 9/27 and due to the earth movement it should now be named 10/28 according the heading of the runway and I have a feeling this is not the only airport that needs this. I don’t know what category to put this in.

Do you mean real life, or in simulator?
In real life but needs to be changed in game
We live in a pretty big world, with a lot of airports. Far from all of them are edited and up to date. This will most likely be corrected when the airport editors get to it :)
