Paris Bonaparte Airport has been officially confirmed and construction had been approved by the French Government. It will consist of a Main Terminal which is three stories tall and a control tower designed in the London Style. The top two floors will make up the airports Vision Hotel. The other concourses will consist of 120 gates each and there will be a 25 gate International Terminal on another location of the three runway airport. It’s very exciting.
What, why? Paris already has 3 decent airports.
I don’t know I guess they wanted another Low-Cost back-up airport like some other major cities @IceBlue
Countries of Europe love to waste money
Yes they do @Chatta290
Perhaps they’re jealous of London having 6 airports.
Probably @a380fan
Good thing they have the money to waste. We struggle to find money to waste over on the other side of the pond, it’s all buried in the snow.
Yep that’s definetley true indeed.
I wonder how short the runways will be. 😅
600 Ft Maybe?
Most likely I wouldn’t be suprised😂

Pilot was exiled to Elba.
Thts a good one.
Let’s face the facts about Londons 6 airports, one is really crowded, one is to small, and one really dosent count as it is so far away from the city center and finally the other 3 are somewhat far away from the city center. It’s not a good setup
Is it going to be finished before Berlin Brandenburg?
Source?
I haven’t heard of it on french medias. I highly doubt this is happening. Moreover this is already an airport named after Napoleon Bonaparte in Ajaccio.
How many RWYs?
3 runways:)
