The waypoint off of the centerline is the missed-approach fix, where you fly to in the event of a go-around or missed approach. For some reason this is a part of the procedure itself, but it’s alright as long as you don’t have LNAV on.
To add, this is the ILS approach to 05R so I’d expect to be established on the localizer by the last fix; by that point, the missed-approach fix won’t affect the approach.
