With the world cup starting thursday, we thought it would be cool to have an event related to such an important sports event worldwide. In this series of event, we will try to mirror the Portuguese National Team’s (PNT) trips around Russia. The duration of this series is of at least 3 events, depending on how well the PNT performs in the world cup. In this event we will fly from Lisbon to Sochi, in TAP Air Portugal’s a320 livery.

More gates will be added if needed.
Feel free to make changes in the flight plan due to the runway in use.

Rules:
-Please only pushback after TP51 does;
-Dont cause chaos;
-Obbey ATC;
-Unless you are a VA member please dont use TP callsigns;
-Please let us know if you reserved a gate and you cant go.

You title says the time of the event is 14120006ZJUN18

So…according to your title the event is on:

1412th June 2018 at 12:06am (00:06) GMT (ZULU)

Er…what???

Since you said you event is happening on the 14th at 12:00pm (ZULU)

The format should be:

E.g 141200ZJUN18

(You added an extra ‘06’ in the time section)

I was checking the event category tutorial and i have seen HHMM, and thought that MM was for the month. Corrected it, thanks for telling this to us!

Plus, i was kind of running out of time so i had to do the title quickly. This was the first time i did it wrong, sorry for the mistake.

As it turns out, I cannot attend. Progymnasium has some sort of new meeting thingo at the end of the year.

Im sorry to hear that. Just removed you from the gates. If you want you can be ATC in Sochi (you said maybe you’d do patterns once we arrive). Thanks for letting us know you cant go!
