Soooo, what’s the point
I’m all for realism and I always try my best to use real world runways but unfortunately topics like these don’t work. People are going to use whatever runways they want to unless a NOTAM is in place.
If there is ATC it is completely up to the controller at the time what runways they are using. I am always up for realism though. But people on expert do whatever they want.
I’m so sad.
My Japanese Friends also think what I think.
I think ATC of IF official should tell all users with using IF ATIS.

Atc will ajust and change the instructions to help the flow if the airport is busy and to make their lives easier. Sometimes i feel for them…they get slammed with requests. Yes…if you want realism all the time it can be a bit frustrating…but On the other hand 99% of the “ pilots “ here don’t have a license neither 😂😂…so 🤷🏼♂️
