I recommend entering your IF logbook and making a myfr24 from your first flight. Thank way you actually keep up with tlights and know the average flight time, distance etc.
This is mine but create an account and just start. I find the process oddly satisfying.

Noooooo its a great time, but i have something on :( can u do another at a similar time tomorrow, maybe an hour or 2 later. You dont have to, its just a suggestion.

tomorrow I am booked all day.
Oh, its okay then, for me the flights at 8am but i have to do badminton which ends at 9ish ill see if i can make it
