Rework pushback command

With the upcoming release of global and engine startup, it would be nice to change the pushback command to include startup, ex.
Air Canada 812, ready for push and start.

Yes, really nice request! Would like to see this on the global flight update.

Yep I would like to see this in global or just after global.

I’d like this. Maybe add ‘face n/e/s/w’ as well.

I agree, plus it shouldn’t be hard to imply it in the next update

I think it should say ready for push and start not pushback and start

Didn’t know if that was just shorthand or if that was the actual terminology. I’ll change it

Definitely important for realism with the new engine start/stop. Out of votes so…

Requesting to push and start is only required in Europe, in the US and Canada, push and start is at the pilot’s discretion.

True, but Global covers Europe as well.

The United States: (real life)
No pushback clearance required, just taxi clearance. Can start engines at will.

Elsewhere: (real life)
Pushback clearance required, can start engines at will.

In other words, in real life, you don’t need clearance to start engines. Why over complicate things? It’s like saying “clearance to raise landing gear”.

That’s why we tell them to “expect runway XX” so it wouldn’t really be needed.

there is a vote system what has happen lol i missed something

Even at that rate people still struggle understanding the runway that they are directed to.

I doubt they would do any better with a direction. I’ve seen so many people make right traffic when instructed to go left.
