Why is it not possible to deploy reversers while under 30ktn? Wouldn’t it add to realism?

Not really. Normally, pilots don’t use reverse thrust at a taxiing speed.

Thrust reversers are rarely used at any speed under 60 kts IRL.

IRL reversers qre not used bellow 60knts in risk of injecting debris into engine. however high mounted engines are qllowed to do

Ok that’s fair. But is that also why they don’t test reversers before taking off? because of debris?

If the thrust reversers don’t work on landing, they stop with the brakes, or go around and fix the issue. There is no need to test them if they aren’t that needed on landing.
You don’t need the thrust reversers below 30kts. Use the brakes. 🙂
