I was just wanting to make my flights more realistic, and I wanted to ask: what thrust percentage is applied during reverse thrust?
I believe roughly 80%
Also in addition to what @Alphadog4646 mentioned, reverse thrust is usually not used below 60kts, and instead aircraft brakes are used to continue to slow down the aircraft in preparation for exiting the runway.
60% is enough
unless you are landing a380 at glasgow or 77W at edinburgh
(Emirates operates these 2 routes)
Thanks everyone for the tips, I was wondering why I stopped so soon!
