Hi IF gang. It’s Lucas again. It’s been a while hasn’t it? First off, I wanna wish you all a happy new year and to the IF team the best of luck into 2026 as they continue their progress with the A320/321NEO and rework of the 787-9 and the new rendering update. As 2025 comes to a close, i have a lot to say regarding this year for me, and just to make things clear, it was not a good year for me, and i hope the mods don’t lock or unlist this, cause I both feel like making this and i know its okay to express my true emotions and what I went through throughout 2025 and i will be expressing this in a video on my newly restarted YT page later today and i know some of ya’ll are thinking if i am or wanting me to return to streaming IF.
First off, thank you guys for supporting me when I made my retirement post on here back in July when I deleted my old channel, i didn’t know it would get this much attention even though i only had 2200 subs before it was gone and seeing all those comments from ya’ll really meant a lot to me. So the truth is, in case you’re wondering what really happened, not including all the personal info cause i wont expose that, the truth is, someone on my discord server got me doxxed. Idk how, but it happened, and that was the reason why i chose to delete everything for my safety. Thankfully, after deleting my channel, i was able to focus on my job at a golf course which i love, and it has helped me a lot since i was outside more, and i am doing fantastic, and now as we enter a new year, ive started to think to myself that since everything has pretty much settled and the year is done, i deserve another chance on YT and streaming IF, i miss it, its what i do and its something that i enjoy and it makes me happy. And after getting myself a SNAPTAIN P40 drone for Christmas, and a set of wireless mics on the way as well, I thought to myself, since i’m planning to compete in lots of bowling tournaments in 2026 (yes i do bowl and im good at at lmao) I wanna try out something new for my channel and something I’ve never done before such as making bowling videos mic’d up and other kinds of stuff, that’ll be the case for 2026.
Now, for those asking, am i going to return to streaming IF in 2026 after all the impersonations and trolling with my callsign while I’m flying to or from airport with ATC? After the rendering engine was revealed and trying out the open beta, and with the NEO’s and reworked 789 coming soon, i am going to be returning to streaming IF in 2026 but, not right now. The reason is to in order to hopefully provide the most realism as possible on stream, no matter if its just real life routes or events, especially after this new update comes out, I am hoping to talk to some of the mods and staff members to help prevent any of these issues from happening as it clearly took a toll on me before and i wanna make my streams the best as it can be with this new rendering engine. Thankfully I even still have some screenshots of the users doing it and the ATC messages after a recent overnighter i did on the sim a few weeks ago, and that’s gonna be something i wanna talk to the mods about so we can get those users banned from expert server, if they can. In addition, I am hoping to have some strict mods that will keep close watch on my streams as well just so everything can go smoothly not just for myself but for my viewers as well. I have high hopes for 2026 and i have a gut feeling this year will be my comeback year.

I’m looking forward to the release of the new rendering engine, the A320/321NEO and the reworked 787-9 as much more to come for the sim in 2026.
