If a controller says ‘resume own navigation’ does that mean that speed and altitude are at your discretion? Thanks in advance. 🙂

to my knowledge, Yes, you continue with your flight

Yes, do your own thing but they may come at any point in the flight if they DO need you to make Altitude, heading or speed corrections.

Via the FAA Pilot Controller Glossary:
- RESUME OWN NAVIGATION− Used by ATC to advise a pilot to resume his/her own navigational responsibility. It is issued after completion of a radar vector or when radar contact is lost while the aircraft is being radar vectored.
Same applies to Infinite Flight. 🙂
