Can I start a flight on a device but using Flight Resume finish it on another device ? If so, would I be able to watch the replay of the whole flight ?
Yes you can finish a flight done on AP+, on any device signed into your account.
However you won’t have the full replay since those are stored locally “on-device”.

So I will have the first part of the replay of my flight on the first device and the rest in the second, correct ?
Yes - but you will only have the sections of the flight done “actively”.
Anything done in AutoPilot+ isn’t recorded.
