Hi I just resubscribed now it's reset me to grade one with nil XP never had this before, any ideas, thanks

Hi sorry I can see my status grade 5 etc it’s asking for me to pay again even though I pressed I have account

Contact [email protected] with the callsign + user/display name of your old account, the callsign + user/display name of your “new” account and the purchase receipt of your subscription. Seb will take care of it!
