My app got uninstalled and so on reinstalling and signing in my grade 4 is restored to grade 3 as total landings in last 90 days number was dropped below 100. Any help on this?

You have too few landings over the past 90 days to qualify for Grade 4 :slight_smile:

Before uninstalling my application, i was flying on grade 4. :neutral_face:

G4 need to get more flight time in 90days, lading count is too.

Okayy.. I guess I didn’t elaborate it.

Yesterday, seconds before uninstalling the grade was 4, and reinstalling after 10 mins the grade became 3.

I am aware about the 90 days landing that we need atleast 100 flights but this doesn’t sum up for me that how in 10 mins the landing can be dropped to 77.

So this happened in the span of 15 mins itself.

This is the reason why I felt something off.

You have a lot less activity over the past 90 days, than what you had before.
I’ve manually counted your landings over the past 90 days and it checks out.

What could have happened;
Stale stats cache. And when you reinstalled, you forced a refresh.

Okayy..

This is asserted that it cannot be diagnosed more. Just a suggestion if you could just sync the cache and database using a cron job once in two days, that would be useful.

A small architectural change won’t lead to this hard refresh.
