Restore Purchases Button | NOT WORKING |

Hello again,
On my iPad Air 2 I have quite a lot of planes, so I would’ve thought I would have the same planes when I logged in on the same account on an iPhone 5S. But it doesn’t.

So I tap the ‘Restore Purchases’ button but nothing happens. So like any other person frustrated, I tap it like another 20 times.
I’m not sure if that is what I’m doing wrong.

So basically, I need help with the restore purchases button, because it isn’t working.

PHONE: iPhone 5S
IOS: iOS 11 (not beta)

Make sure youre signed in to the same accounts on both devices, try restarting the app or tapping on your purchased planes. They will still display as orange even if they are restored.

I don’t think so, I did it ;)

Did you try restarting your device, redownload IF ?


Can you redownload the planes individually?

Some solutions:

  • Check same accounts on both devices
  • signing out then signing in again
  • restarting IF
  • Restarting your phone
  • check your wifi connection
  • “repurchasing” your planes (itll display “youve already purchased it so it will be downloaded with no additional costs”)

Any one of the above should work.

All App Stores selling Infinite Flight and it’s associated in-app purchases allow for downloading without repurchasing after an item has been paid for. To ensure you will not be charged twice, please ensure the following:

  • You have used the same App Store account and ID as the original purchase.
  • You have not been previously refunded.
  • You are not using any IAP hacking programs.

Storage Tips: All content must be installed to the device internal storage. Keep as much unused available storage as possible. About 1GB unused space is best when possible. If you install to alternate memory units or to a internal drive that is getting low on storage capacity, you may be forced to re-download and install previous content again, but won’t be charged again!

iTunes may indicate that they are going to charge you again, however if all of the above applies to your account purchases , you will proceed through their process which will follow with another iTunes message confirming that you already own the item and may download it again without charge.

If a prior IAP vanishes from your app inventory, the same policy will apply. You can’t be charged again. Please contact your App Store if you have any further issues. I apologize for the inconvenience.
