Restore purchase

Hi. My aircraft have mostly dropped off since the latest update. Aircraft I know I have are saying I need to purchase. Have tried the restore purchase button but nothing happens. Help!

All App Stores selling Infinite Flight and it’s associated in-app purchases allow for downloading without repurchasing after an item has been paid for. If you’re an Android user your previous purchases will automatically be unlocked when you download the app. Apple users must open the aircraft selection page, then tap “Restore Purchases” to access any purchased regions and aircraft. To ensure success, please check the following:

• You have used the same App Store account and ID as the original purchase.
• You have not been previously refunded.
• You are not using any IAP hacking programs.

Note: If none of the above are applicable, a simple uninstall / reinstall often resolves the issue.

Note for iOS users: iTunes may indicate that they are going to charge you again, however if all of the above applies to your account purchases then you will proceed through their purchase process. You will be prompted with another iTunes message confirming that you already own the item, and may download it again without charge.

If a prior in-app purchase vanishes from your app inventory, the same policy will apply. You can’t be charged again. Please contact your respective App Store if you have any further issues. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for getting back to me. Still having no joy. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have lost even more aircraft, back to basics I think. The restore button still is not working.
Could it have something to do with the recent update as I am unable to download that on this particular iPad?

Same issue here on android / Google play. Can someone look it up. Terribly annoying after spending a lot of time browsing support pages when nothing actually works. And oh. Did I mention I lost the purchases after an update. I have paid a lot of money you know. Yes I have used the same play store account when restoring… And no restore purchases DOES NOT WORK… :(

@Big_Scotty and @EGNS Have you tried deleting the app, updating your devices Operating System and then reinstalled Infinite Flight?

I’m having the same issue. I just flew KLM 737-700 in Amstardam. I took a break and I was about to fly EGBB to EGLC in the 737-800 (An aircraft I’d purchased) but it saus I need to purchase it… same with the dash 8 and he ERJ-190 and ERJ-195 and the London scenery… I’d appreciate it if you could help me on this. I have already purchased them. I did at Christmas 3 years ago. Could you get back to me quickly if possible. Cheers.

If you already purchased them before just click on restore purchases.

Have you clicked on it? Sometimes it says you haven’t bought it but you have and it just restores.
