[Resolved] Server Issues

The server issues should now be resolved.

I got an error saying "your account is being used on another device"
If you received this error during your flight, unfortunately, you will have to restart your flight. We’re really sorry about this. We are gathering as much data as possible to prevent this issue from happening in the future.

Your account is safe and nobody else has accessed it, this message is showing because of a database issue causing false positives in account checks.

I received violations during the server outage
Violations during the server outage shouldn’t have been applied to your account. Please contact support if any are showing on your account between 19:17Z and 20:12Z on the 8th March 2020.

We’re really sorry for any inconvenience and we are working hard to prevent these issues from happening in the future. If you have any questions, please open a topic in #support.


Previous updates:

We’re investigating an error with our database as of 19:17Z (8th March 2020). This may result in Infinite Flight failing to load, or connection errors shown in-flight.

If you get a message saying “your account is being used on another device”, there is no need for concern as your account is safe - this is just showing because of the database issues.

  • 20:12Z - We’ve investigated and the servers should be returning to normal. We’re actively monitoring the situation.
  • 20:35Z - Marked as resolved.
