Reset to Parking

I was flying the C172 and I crashed. I pressed “Reset to Parking”, and it sent me to a parking space where there is no spawn point. This is the first time it’s taken me somewhere else other than a spawn point.

How to Reproduce

  1. Open Infinite Flight.
  2. Spawn at KASE with the C172.
  3. Crash into the runway.
  4. Press “Reset to Parking”

Note: you have to be on Live to do this.

When you press “Reset to Parking” I usually find myself in a parking spot, with a spawn point. In this case, I was put somewhere with no spawn point at all which is unusual. Because of that, I made this bug report. :)

Does it matter?

Not really, but ideally you would want to spawn back at the spawn point you were initially at. If you spawn at random places it could cause issues with ground traffic, etc.

Hmm… Not sure why that happens. I tested it for the second time now, and I spawned at the same location. (The one that has no spawn point.)

Thanks for the find. I’ll add to the repro that you need the C172.
