Request to Review Past Violations Affecting My Account

Dear Infinite Flight Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I recently subscribed to the Pro version yesterday because I’m really excited to enjoy the full experience of Infinite Flight and improve my skills as a pilot. I’m very motivated to fly seriously and follow all the rules from now on.

However, I noticed that some past violations are still affecting my account, and I’m kindly asking if there’s any possibility to review them. Due to these issues, I have not been able to reach Grade 3 yet. I truly didn’t mean to break any rules — it was never intentional, and I sincerely apologize for my mistakes.

I give you my word that it won’t happen again, and I’d really appreciate it if you could consider giving me a second chance.

Violations are not keeping you from grade 3. You need to be more active in terms of flight time, landings, and XP before you make it to grade 3. Just stick with it and you will be there before you know it!

If you scroll up on the stats screen it should show you what you need.

it looks like you might’ve accidentally subscribed under a new account, which could explain the confusion. The good news is, there’s no violation on your profile, so everything’s fine. You can double-check your profile activity if you’d like, but everything looks clear from our side.

Thanks a lot for the clarification! I really thought violations were the reason, but now I understand it’s just about being more active. I’ll focus on doing more flights and landings to reach Grade 3 soon. Appreciate the help and quick responses from both of you!
