Request to cancel my subscription

I want to cancel my 1 Month Pro Subscription which I can’t because I have paid it on my old device and that device was lost. The month subscription kept on renewing nonstop while I was inactively using the sim . I’m unable to do it on my new device because on the Subscriptions page in the App Store it doesn’t show up the Infinite Flight subscription being active however it’s showing on the app.

Are you guys able to remove it in the system entirely?

Please and Thank You.

Hello!

Unfortunately this isn’t something we’re able to assist with.

Are you sure you’re using the same Apple-ID as you purchased it on?

The subscription I paid was in a different apple ID on that old device

Are you paying using a credit card?

Yes on my old device

Idk how it would exactly work, but could you cancel paying the subscription on your card? Or turn off auto pay? They should be able to cancel it because it is absolutely insane that you have to pay it every month with nk way to cancel it

Then you’ll need to sign in to that Apple-ID through any means explained here:

I don’t have access to my old number. I might have to delete the account entirely.

I don’t think you have to delete your account entirely. You should contact Apple Support first and see if they can assist with accessing your old Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) if you have trouble logging in, and maybe they can also help you with unsubscribing from Pro.

I tried that. I can’t get access to my old phone number as I need it to fill in the 6 digit code to get in.

Do you have another trusted device that was linked to your old Apple ID? If so, you could request the 6 digit code on the other trusted device(s). If not, then you can try to use account recovery as your final option:

Link to Apple Account Recovery

If you can’t sign in, access a trusted device, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. Account recovery is an automatic process designed to get you back in to your account as quickly as possible while denying access to anyone who might be pretending to be you. It might take a few days—or longer—depending on what specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.

Ye see in order for me to recover my account I need to sign in but because I couldn’t remember my password I had to reset through my old number on my old phone which was lost.

I’m not an expert on this topic since I don’t have my own bank account, but maybe try contacting your bank/credit card company? I’m pretty sure they’d be able to cancel the subscription internally.

Do you have an email associated with your old Apple ID? Try using that to recover the account if you do. Apple gives people the option to use someone else’s Apple ID and device to recover your account, but this will work only if you have an email associated with your old Apple ID.

As the user above also suggested, you can contact your credit card company to prevent your Pro subscription from being renewed.
