Hi, my username is guanfangay. I got 56% on my IFATC written exam 13 days ago. The retake cooldown is 14 days, so I only need 1 more day to retake. I can’t get in touch with my original recruiter. Could you please assign me a new recruiter so I can take the retest as soon as possible? Thank you.
