I’m looking for some advice regarding a Level 3 violation I received around two weeks ago.
I’ve been working toward becoming an ATC Expert, and this is a role I genuinely really want to achieve. I understand the seriousness of Level 3 violations and respect the decision that was made at the time.
However, I wanted to ask if there is any possibility of having the violation reviewed or dismissed, if appropriate. I’m more than willing to provide any additional context or information regarding the situation.
I’m not trying to avoid responsibility or ask for special treatment. I’d just really appreciate the opportunity to have the situation reconsidered, as becoming an ATC Expert is something I’ve been genuinely wanting.
If anyone knows the proper process for requesting a review/appeal of a Level 3 violation, I’d really appreciate your guidance.
