In that case. I dont think there’s a 15h route then. SEA-KEF is 8 hrs and I think thats one of if not the longest one. Maybe someone else has it

Then make one up. Ex: FACT-KATL delta A321, all first class configuration, extra fuel tanks in the vertical stabilizers, all that stuff. But The airline has to fly between 2 airports, A321 or not.
You could do a delivery flight out of Boeing Field or Toulouse/Hamburg Finkenwerder to somewhere in Asia/South America/Oceania.

You can do EWR-ANC which is a real route, and then refuel at ANC and go to NRT, a fictional route. Both legs are about 7.5 hours.

What I meant is, the airline has to serve the destination, or fly in between them with a larger aircraft. Flight has to be about 15 hours.
