I don’t know if this is the correct place to put this, however I would like to report something to a IF member of staff/IFATC staff please privately if possible
If you would like to report an issue with a controller, it is advisable you contact them directly. Controllers are more than welcome to receive feedback.
Apart from that, if you think that a controller committed a blatant mistake that caused serious loss of separation, you could also privately contact a supervisor, although this is more for very serious infractions.
Bringing the general public into the mix isn’t a good idea, as most of us can’t take any action, and the controller is called out as well.
If you believe you ha e been unfairly given a violation, please contact appeals in a friendly and courteous manner. Please have your replay ready as it will be needed for review.
