Reporting people

I can’t report people because mu rating is to low? I kinda don’t understand that. A few days ago, there was a idiot flying a f-22 through airplanes and trolling. I was tower at KSAN, and he spammed me with “I’m sorry” “thank you”. Is there a different way to l report people?

Join IFATC so you can report people

To report people as ATC you must join IFATC. For more information on that, look at this post:

Also, don’t join IFATC if your intention is to be able to report people. -Tyler
