Hi there,

It seems that you just had a topic open about the same issue. The steps to resolve your situation were given in the other thread. Please see below for the steps to deal with a presumed accidental or incorrect violation from IFATC.

You can either decide to contact the controller personally (details on how to do so are in the linked topic above) or contact the appeals team (again, details on how to do so above).

Your controller was @JAR. After watching your replay, in my opinion, it seems that you entered runway 22R without permission, after being explicitly told to hold short of runway 22R (twice). After which you then stopped on the runway due to traffic ahead.

This, in my opinion, would be sufficient grounds for a violation. Again, please go through the steps above if you believe it is unreasonable and someone with more authority and experience than I do should be able to reexamine and make a final decision.

No, it was track 4L or 4R, not 22R.

If you feel it’s constituted, reach out to @appeals or just accept you may have been doing something incorrect. Please do not make repeat posts of the exact same things once a topic has been closed by a Moderator. It is disrespectful to the moderator and all who pointed out this could’ve been handled in a Direct, Private Message to the Appeals and Infinite Flight Air Traffic Controllers Moderation Unit. I’ve flagged this post for “Something Else” due to the fact that it’s clearly a plea for attention and acceptance. While you may have been right, this is not a topic to be discussing in a public Infinite Flight Community post.
