I just controled lefg tower and ground and one user didnt do what i told him to at all. I said he shluld taxi to rw 8l. He taxid to rw8r. Then he didnt wauted for runway crossing clearence. I told him once again that he should taxi to rw8l but he just entered runway 8r and then took off without a takeoff clearence and additionally just left the frequency without my permission. Im observer but can i let somenone check this to report him? I will upload his user infos.

Its Training Server - there’s nothing that can be done. Its meant to be a server where mistakes are made and lessons are learned.

I mean if you’re interested to be in IFATC you can apply, people will actually follow your instructions

Theres rules for the Training server they arent really enforced, as it states “users with no regards to others may be subject to removal from the server” again they arent really enforced, havent really encountered a single time were they remove someone over disruption, with that being said yes its a shame but Training Server is just almost another casual server with ATC. I extremely encourage you to join IFATC you may encounter this type of behavior in Expert server but you have the power to do something.

I maybe for a small chance have a level 3 violation that is one week old. But only maybe😅
as atc, I also face these ppl-
wish there could be a way to warn these players as a heads up thingy, maybe not exactly a report. lol
a “Please follow instructions” (PFI) or “Check user guide” (CUG) will do on TS.
or maybe a please follow instructions or you will be reported to scare the really naughty ones

That’ll be misused, would be a bad idea to add it. For PFI I agree, definitely should be on TS. PFIR is too much and misleading for the pilot.

Most TS ATC is unprofessional anyhow, I am marked away and center still contacts me, and ATC crashes out on me and I have to say sorry multiple times to give them satisfaction 
to scare the naughty ones

No. Most TS controllers have no idea how and when to use it. Not worth it to add.

all flights I did on ts were professional I swear 
TS pilots doesn’t care of any warn they do wht they wants its better to disconnect them from server (no L&3 Violations)
